Learning & Management Partners
Where It All Started
New Zealand: Home to the filming of ‘Lord of the Rings‘.
We are a Management and Behavioural Consulting firm, founded in New Zealand in 1996 and Trinidad & Tobago in 2000. Since that time the firm’s Consulting Partners and Associates in New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, the USA and the UK have been designing interventions for organisations and individuals all around the globe.
Trinidad & Tobago: Home to breathtaking Caribbean beaches.
In Trinidad & Tobago, our organisation has contributed to the development of Psychodrama, Sociometry, Role Analysis, Groupwork and Action Methods through interventions at The University of the West Indies, TSTT, GoRTT Ministries, Petrotrin, First Citizens and PWC – to name a few.
Our Team’s current focus is on Strategic HR Design, Benefits Management, Change, Facilitation, Employee Engagement, Leadership, and Management Effectiveness.
Our Founder
Cassandra Patrovani, is currently our Managing Director and Lead Management Partner.
Cassandra is a Behaviourial and Management Effectiveness Practitioner who began working with action methods in New Zealand in 1996. She is a trained and qualified Facilitator, Counsellor, Trainer and Group Leader.
She is a Trained Auxiliary in the Psychodrama method and has worked and studied in the United States, England, New Zealand and Australia.
When she returned to Trinidad, she founded LaMP International Limited to enable the learning, development and application of action methods in the Caribbean.
Cassandra has held many organisational roles in the recent past while continuing to build and strengthen the work of LaMP International in Trinidad & Tobago and the Caribbean.
Some of these roles include:
- Change Manager for the Government of Trinidad & Tobago’s (GORTT) implementation of PeopleSoft;
- Group Executive, Human Resources and Corporate Communications at One Caribbean Media;
- Senior Human Resources Business Partner at British American Tobacco Caribbean and Central America, and,
- Vice President, Human and Corporate Relations at The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC).
At One Caribbean Media (OCM), she successfully led negotiations for the first Collective Agreement for CCN TV6 and designed and implemented the Group’s Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Communications framework from the ground up.
While at NGC she led a team of international Consultants to implement the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS, positioning NGC as the first and only Caribbean organisation to benefit from the full suite of this HR platform at the time.
What makes Us Different
Through Caribbean ACTION Training, we have established a working group to serve the development needs of the Caribbean community. We provide internationally recognised training programmes in Groupwork, Role Development, Psychodrama, Sociodrama, Sociometry and other action methods.
All our Trainers are internationally trained and qualified and are actively involved in the application and development of Action Methods around the world. We are strategically linked to the Australia New Zealand Psychodrama Association (ANZPA) through which we receive international recognition for all our training.
We are working towards establishing an internationally accredited training institute in the Caribbean.
Our Goal Is Simple
To help individuals develop identified, limited aspects of their professional and personal functioning, primarily assertiveness, congruence, relational and communication skills. Greater awareness of one’s personal style and resulting effectiveness becomes more apparent when working with our models and interventions.

Amazing article on LaMP. LaMP enables personal and professional development. This is a great company for any small or big organization to get this effective training for themselves and their employees.
I will suggest LaMP to my management.
Thank you

It is so good of you to stop by and to take the time to understand what we do at LaMP International Limited.
The fact that you will suggest us to your Management is more than we could have asked for.
Please continue to engage.
We look forward to supporting your success.

Cassandra,
You have built a great website that supports a great cause. There ain’t many well-educated people who are willing to go back to their home country to build the community and be as successful as them. I admire your dedication and determination. It is truly inspiring!
Thank you for sharing this. I hope I can learn from you to build the community in my home country as well.
I have bookmarked your site for future reference. 🙂
All the best,
Ferra
Ferra,
Thank you so very much for your kind words, support and inspiration.
This kind of recognition from a fellow Digital Entrepreneur means a lot to me.
One of my main objectives is to quietly give back to my birth country in a meaningful and sustainable way.
My Mum and I have travelled the world giving of ourselves and if only for my daughter, it is important for me to feed my roots.
I am certain that we will learn from each other!
You are also very gifted.
I wish much success to you also.
Cassandra and The LaMP Team ?
Hi Cassandra,
I have learnt so much just reading this post. I do admire your drive and vision.
LaMP is a great idea and I am happy that you are able to have an impact on the lives of the people of Trinidad and Tobago with this organization. Maybe one day there will be a LaMP one every Caribbean Island.
All the Best,
Candy Benn
Hi Candy,
It is such a pleasure to read your kind words and feedback.
Thank you for your confidence and encouragement.
We have made great strides at LaMP since we started in the 90s.
Much has changed and thankfully, we have been able to change, adapt and innovate.
We have become more resilient and determined to grow our business and yes, having a presence across the Caribbean is on the cards.
Please visit again.
Cassandra
Congratulations on your recent appointments Ms Patrovani. A very wise woman told me once whilst on NGC’s scholarship program. “To whom much is given much is expected”. I am happy to have known you as a source of inspiration.
Hi, Francis.
It is so very good of you to remember and to stop by.
Thank you for reading and for your kind sentiments.
Wishing you continued success.
Cassandra
